Since it is a tropical country, it’s known by many foreigners as a great place to escape freezing winters of their home countries to enjoy the warm sun and clean beaches of the islands.

Sagada is located in a mountainous region of the Philippines. Because it is in the mountains, its climate is cooler than the other parts of the Philippines. The best attractions in Sagada are their hanging coffins, a traditional way of burying people that is still utilized today. Also, trek up Kiltepan Peak early in the morning to see the sea of clouds between the mountain ranges. Some people go to Sagada to enjoy and reflect about their life as this place is really peaceful. Sagada is a perfect place for those who don’t mind a little isolation away from the crowds.
Boracay is a small island is famous for its natural white sands and beautiful blue water. It has been named in several notable travel magazines as one of the best resort islands to visit in the world. Each year, over a million tourists visit Boracay for its tranquility, relaxation, and its emerging night life. It’s definitely a must visit destination when you go to the Philippines.

Vigan is a place that will take you to the past because it’s one of the few places left in the Philippines where its colonial era buildings still remain in fact. Its architecture mixes native Philippine, Asian, and colonial Spanish influences of the 16th century. In 1999, Vigan was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and later named as one of the New7Wonder Cities by the New7wonders Foundation in 2015 as one of the world’s wonder cities.
5. Chocolate Hills in Bohol
The famous Chocolate Hills in Bohol are made up of over a thousand small rolling hills in a 20-square mile area. The hills are covered with grass and, during the winter, the grass turns brown giving the hills a milk chocolate color shaped like Hershey’s Kisses. Hence its name, Chocolate Hills. People also visit Bohol to see tarsiers, which are small primates no bigger than a human fist. Because they live in trees and have large, distinctive round eyes, some people may initially mistake them for owls.
6. Mayon Volcano
The Mayon volcano is the most famous active volcano in the Philippines because of its perfectly symmetrical cone-shaped appearance. Its last eruption occurred in 2009 which resulted in the evacuation of thousands of towns people living at the bottom of the volcano. Some activities you could do at the bottom of the volcano are ATV adventures and visiting the Cagsawa Ruins which was a town that was destroyed by an eruption in 1814.
The Philippines is a tropical country so it is expected that the weather is hot. However, if you’re looking a place to cool down after touring in the busy streets of sunny Manila then Baguio is definitely the place to be. Baguio is located at the northern part of the Philippines and you can do food trip. Baguio is famous for its fresh strawberries, ube (a purple yam) jam, and lots of eateries called restos.
Zamboanga is located at the bottom of the Philippine archipelago and it is a place famous for their vinta tradition where the locals set sail in small, but beautifully made boats with colorful sails. If you speak Spanish then you you’ll have no problems with language in Zamboanga because the locals speak Spanish but they call their language “Chavakano”.

Summer is here as always. June is when the summer starts getting really unbearable hot in India and it has started leaving us exhausted by the end of every day.
Just as the summer heat gets even more unbearable, we have planned an amazing travel itinerary to explore the Northern meadow of heaven – Kashmir.
As you know Kashmir’s weather is fickle minded and you don’t know what can happen to weather the next moment. I was all set to go for my travel adventure experience in Kashmir. We started our trip in an outstation taxi from Chandigarh. As we were reaching close to our beautiful destination we could see the sun was stretching out to push the grey clouds in a single stroke. The sun rays coming out from the clouds are just amazing to see.
Wonderful Kashmir is one of the finest and perfect summer destinations of India. We were amazed by the beauty of Kashmir which includes beautiful mountains, lush green, serene lakes, dense meadows, and forests. It is also known as a place of ‘Heaven on the Earth’. It is blessed with the beautiful Mughal gardens, snow-covered Himalayas and dazzling Dal Lake. It is the best time to escape to one of the cooler destination of India for a holiday break. Srinagar is a beautiful gateway to Jammu and Kashmir. It is an ideal destination for a pleasant and memorable gateway.
Gulmarg is must visit place for every traveler and adventure enthusiasts. Gulmarg is one of the famous destinations for highest cable cars in the world. It is a popular destination for skiers in the foothills of Himalayas. Gulmarg is also counted among one of the best ski resorts in Asia. Kashmir has never been entirely peaceful and tourists visit this amazing spot with no risk in their mind to feel the magical beauty of Kashmir that it is now called as ‘Terrestrial Paradise’.
